I strongly commend Hays Safeguarding and Safer Recruitment training materials to school, colleges and all education settings.
The materials clearly and concisely support all staff in understanding their statutory responsibilities for protecting children and how best to deliver these in practice.
These training materials can be used for whole school staff training, induction training or governor training. An excellent product.
The Hays Safeguarding and Child Protection on-line training package forms the backbone of our training strategy that allows our academies to fulfil the statutory requirement for all staff to be updated in safeguarding procedures. The package itself takes a comprehensive look at the key issues within education safeguarding and the necessary steps that need to be taken by our Teaching, Support and Pastoral staff to keep children safer in education.
