It’s now been over a year since the world’s biggest four-day working week trial concluded in the UK. The majority of the organisations that participated have continued with the arrangement, but has this created any major shift in attitudes?  

To get an up-to-date picture, we surveyed almost 11,900 professionals and employers to see whether uptake of the four-day working week has increased, how it’s impacting talent attraction, and the challenges of implementing it.
