Accounting - A broad understanding of the technical aspects of accounting. Experience of auditing a range of companies. Extensive knowledge of IRIS Accountancy Suite and previous experience of Sage Practice Suite as well as Sage Line 50, Microsoft Word and Excel as well as various other software packages such as Xero and QuickBooks. The ability to maintain clear, methodical and accurate records that can be easily followed and understood.

Management - Ability to run an office under the scrutiny of a board of executives. Able to work individually on sensitive information or as part of a team. Ability to delegate workload and train colleagues.   Working to tight deadlines whilst controlling a vast number of projects simultaneously.  Able to communicate financial and operational issues at Board level.
