Hays, the leading specialist in workforce solutions and recruitment has made a number of senior appointments across the UK & Ireland, supporting the growth of new products and services.

Elisabetta Bayliss, who has over 30 years’ experience at Hays has been appointed COO of Hays Enterprise Solutions in the UK & Ireland. Elisabetta, who has led the business since 2018, will continue to grow and develop the workforce solutions team, as well as evolving new products and services including diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Pam Lindsay-Dunn, who previously led Hays’ team in Yorkshire & the North, and more recently as Director of People and Culture in EMEA has been appointed COO of Specialist Recruitment.

Pam and Elisabetta will lead and provide ongoing oversight and governance for Hays UK&I, under Simon Winfield, Hays UK&I CEO.

James Hallahan, who joined Hays in 2019 as Director of Hays’ technology division will move into a broader role leading innovation for Hays in the UK&I as Chief Strategy Officer, whilst continuing to lead the technology team and Hays’ growing skills and learning offering.

In Ireland, Maureen Lynch who has over 20 years’ experience working in the Irish recruitment market for Hays has been appointed Managing Director of Hays Ireland.
