A credit controller in London can expect to earn £28,000-£32,000, with the average pay being £30,000. A senior credit controller can expect to earn £32,000-£36,000.

Credit controllers manage money that is borrowed or owed to an individual or an organisation, on their behalf. For example, a credit controller will process payments and invoices, and contact customers when payments are overdue. This role is fundamental to most businesses.

No qualifications are needed to become a credit controller at entry level, although you may want to consider studying with the CICM in order to progress your career.
