Your new role

As Operations Manager, you will join the leadership team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and scalable operation of production and supply chain processes. You will lead and motivate production and operational teams, drive performance across cost, quality, and delivery, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. You will also identify opportunities for continuous improvement, monitor key performance metrics, and collaborate with senior management to deliver on site objectives and long-term strategic goals.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need 3–5 years of experience in an operational or production management role, ideally within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams. You should be analytical, solution-oriented, and have a solid understanding of health, safety, quality, and compliance regulations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments and levels are also key.
