Pay - £12.82 - £13.36 PH (depending on shift worked)
Who will you be supporting?
We support various Childcare settings across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset but are particularly looking for experienced Support Workers in Plymouth, Exeter, Newton Abbot and the Torbay area.
Support workers provide vital companionship, guidance, and support to a variety of individuals, so if you’re a happy, positive, and outgoing individual this could be a great role for you.
What would we need from you?
- Driver with a UK driving licence
- relevant Childcare qualification
- Childcare Safeguarding trained
- 6 months experience within social care in the UK
- A positive mental attitude!
- Resilience, understanding and quick thinking
- excellent communication skills
