Your new role

You will be working as a Continuous Improvement Engineer, with your main duties being working alongside engineers and production staff to optimise production and process lines with the goal of reducing waste, lowering costs all while keeping quality high.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need 3 years experience working in a Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing role. You must understand Lean methodologies, primarily within Six Sigma ideally to a green belt level. You will need good communication and personal skills to make sure you can communicate and implement your ideas effectively to the team.
