Your New Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and committed Child Support Assistant to join a specialist Centre for Autism within a thriving and inclusive primary school in Inner London. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs and looking to build a career in education.
You will work closely with Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils, supporting their communication, emotional regulation, and independence. You’ll be part of a highly experienced team, delivering tailored support in a nurturing and structured environment.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about working with children, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Conditions.
- Has strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Is creative, resilient, and committed to inclusive education.
- Has experience or a strong interest in trauma-informed practice.
- Can work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Is eager to learn and take part in ongoing professional development.
