Your new company

We are partnered with one of the leading global law firms who are seeking a finance assistant to join their finance team which has over 60 people from different functions. They are based in the City of London and offer hybrid working; 3 days in the office and 2 from home. Your department is responsible for handling all financial matters in respect of the London Office and the co-ordination of financial affairs in the international offices.

Your new role

You will be based in London but will be responsible for providing financial support to our Riyadh office. This will mostly involve AR and AP support with other ad hoc tasks as directed.

• New vendor set up by Saudi suppliers to include verification of bank details in line with the firm's requirements
• Checking and input of Riyadh supplier invoices. Entering into 3E
• Input of Riyadh payments into HSBC banking platform ensures compliance with all policies regarding approval and authorisation of invoices.
• Checking bank statements on a daily basis and posting receipt of all invoice payments to 3E.
• Reporting details of payments to Riyadh office
• Reconciliation of SAR and USD Riyadh bank accounts
• Ad hoc tasks as directed
• Provide cover to the UK office cashier as required.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed you will need experience of working within a legal finance team for 2 years minimum and to be immediately available or 1 week's notice. 3E experience is desirable.
