Hays are exclusively representing a leading luxury global retail and distribution company to recruit a Marketing Manager due to expansion. Our client serves a global clientele, as well as catering to the public and collaborating directly with designers, architects, and commercial clients. Now expanding to the Republic of Ireland, they will showcase the latest trends from their exclusive manufacturing facilities and global supply partners.

Your new role

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing company-wide marketing strategies to grow sales in all areas of the business. This is a highly strategic role, working closely with the Board to successfully grow all areas of the business. Responsibilities include:

• Building and executing a company-wide marketing strategy and plan.

• Expanding and promoting new and existing product portfolios.

• Creating and executing a digital marketing strategy.

• Managing and developing the website and third party agencies.

• Building and enhancing brand awareness, ensuring products are positioned correctly.

• Undertaking market and consumer research and monitoring competitor activities.

• Arranging and attending events and trade shows.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years experience in a marketing management position
• Desirable third level education
• Experience developing and implementing effective traditional and digital marketing strategies
• Passionate about product development
• Experience managing websites and creating brand awareness
• Excellent communication skills
• Autonomous and ability to work independently
• IT literate
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  
  

What you'll get in return

Salary commensurate with experience in the range of £35,000-£50,000 + benefits.
