Hays Education are looking for teachers in the Alcester area who will be available from September 2025 to work in a Year 3/4 class. This role would be suitable for teachers looking to work 4 or 5 days per week.

The potential village school is easily accessible via Stratford, Alcester, Evesham and Bidford. Your new role

Your new job as a Year 3/4 teacher will be to work 4 or 5 days per week from September 2025. You will be responsible for taking on full class responsibility, including planning, preparation, marking and any assessment needed during the duration of the assignment. This role would be suitable for teachers M2 - M6 on the pay scale.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this job, you need to be a creative and passionate teacher that is looking for a job within a school to make it your own. You need to be confident in working within a mixed year group and also happy to plan lessons that differentiate those lessons for the learners within your class. You will be supported by a class TA, and it will be your role to deploy them effectively, ensuring the children that require it have the extra support on a day-to-day basis. You will need to be able to create a safe learning environment where children feel they can reach their full potential in a safe space.
