Your new school is a mainstream one-form entry Primary school situated in the South Ribble area of Preston. This school places emphasis on ensuring that their pupils are ready for the wider world. They have a vastly experienced senior leadership team and were rated GOOD by OFSTED in their most recent inspection.

Your new role

The school are looking for a class Teacher to assume control of a bright year 1 class. This role is full-time 5 days a week with an immediate start date. This role will operate on an ongoing basis up until the end of the academic year as a minimum. There is every chance that this role will be made permanent should that be of interest.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful for this year 1 Teaching position you must be a dedicated classroom practitioner that can hit the ground running and ensure each child has the tools needed to succeed. You must have UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) as well as having experience Teaching Key Stage 1, ideally in year 1.
