Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants and Teaching Staff to join our team. You will be working within SEN schools, supporting students with a range of needs including autism, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored educational activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to meet the individual needs of students.
- Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in education or SEN support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of students.
