The company:
You will be joining a national leader in the manufacture of high-class plant equipment who works in several industries, such as transport, oil & gas, FMCG, chemicals and more!

Due to continued and rapid expansion, they are seeking an experienced Welder to join their welding/fabrication team on their late shift, offering a range of benefits including working a 4-day week. This is a great opportunity for someone from a manufacturing welding background to progress in their career.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Carry out TIG welding tasks.
  • Carry out production duties that are set by the welding & fabrication team leader.
  • Reading and working on engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Help with assembly tasks.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards.

This is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required.

Skills and Experience required:
  • Strong background in TIG welding (MIG welding is desirable)
  • Qualified welder
  • Experience within a manufacturing background.
  • Good health and safety practices
  • Able to read engineering drawings and specifications.
