-Managing a caseload of ULR pre/post litigated small claims on a daily basis, making use of the firms case management systems.

-Experience within Personal Injury or Insurance is required.
-Experience of working with a case management system.
-Ability to work independently and using own initiative.

-To assess liability at all times and to ensure that at all times the client and source receive appropriate, professional, timely and pertinent legal advice and that they are kept fully informed on the progress of the claim.
- To settle claims as soon as is possible or prepare to issue door transfer to the Litigation TeamWhat you'll need to succeed
-Experience within Personal Injury or Insurance is required.
-Experience of working with a case management system.
-Ability to work independently and using own initiative.
