Your new role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their UK Commercial team. A great opportunity to manage a talented sales force, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to the growth and success of this company.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
  • Successful leader with strong people and change management skills.
  • Preferably have experience in rare diseases and/or oncology.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
