Treasury Manager / Financial Analysis Cash Flow Forecasting

Your new company
High-growth multinational business, based in Exeter. This SME organisation runs their
Finance and operations for EMEA from an Exeter hub and have a footprint in North
America and have established their proposition in their marketplace over the past two decades.
Now poised for further expansion.

Your new role

• Monitor cash positions for the business, ensuring there are sufficient funds to meet the operational needs of each entity.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments/transfers/funding.
• Develop monthly cash flow forecasts; coordinate across the subsidiaries to understand and validate inflows and outflows; and provide consolidated cash forecasts for management reporting.
• Oversee the administration of bank accounts; UK and International
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies and minimise risk by implementing financial safeguards; collaborate with in-country teams to ensure consistent procedures
• Monitor and provide FX rates to the business and liaise with banking institutions to understand forex outlook and potential impact to the company.
• Ensure timely and accurate notification of intercompany transfers to financial accounting teams.
• Make recommendations for continuous process improvement, automation, and/or other efficiencies
• Provide investment support for business case, cash flow forecasts, and return on investment.
• Oversee the maintenance of credit facilities with banks.

What you'll need to succeed

Background in a Treasury, Finance Manager or Management Accounting level role, within a multinational / multi-currency environment

Experience of forecasting and forward-looking analysis

Appetite to work in a fast-paced SME environment

What you'll get in return

Salary in the region of £45-55k + benefits, dependent on experience

Hybrid working, 3 days in the Exeter office in Exeter, 2 days from home
