Our client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Total Rewards Consultant to join their International Total Rewards Team. Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Analysis:

  • Collaborate on the design, review, and management of the Total Rewards Framework, including job catalog, compensation structures, and incentive programs.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and generate insightful reports to evaluate current rewards programs, trends, and best practices.
  • Prepare and submit compensation surveys and related studies to ensure competitive positioning.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyse data from various sources to create compelling dashboards and reports for monitoring and analysing trends in people data.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to enhance Total Rewards communication and ensure clarity and transparency.
  • Participate in the global annual compensation review process, including meticulous data validation and system configuration.
  • Partner with the HRIS team to maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation data in the HR system.
  • Support cross-regional Total Rewards initiatives, contributing to a cohesive global strategy.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Compensation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail; experience in working with people data is preferred.
  • Experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.
  • Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills to work collaboratively across teams and diverse cultures.
