Your new role
Are you a passionate Test Engineer with a knack for unearthing hidden bugs and ensuring flawless software performance?

During this temporary contract opportunity, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the quality and reliability of our technical solutions. Join our agile delivery teams and be instrumental in building and refining new features and enhancements. You'll leverage a blend of manual and automated testing techniques to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Here, your expertise goes beyond testing. You'll collaborate with various teams (project management, training, IT support) to ensure seamless deployments and provide technical guidance when needed.
You could also showcase your work to stakeholders at all levels, fostering a culture of transparency and excellence.

What you'll need to succeed
    • Hands-on Testing Expertise: Perform a variety of testing methods (functional, non-functional, exploratory, end-to-end) to uncover and resolve issues
    • Quality Assurance Champion: Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and a deep understanding of the application
    • Automation Adept: Balance manual and automated testing (using tools like Cypress or Selenium) to streamline the process and integrate with the development workflow
    • Technical Fluency: Possess knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. C#) and experience with defect reporting/test management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira). (Essential)
    • Agile Advocate: Understand and work effectively within agile development methodologies
    • Communication Catalyst: Clearly explain complex technical issues to diverse stakeholders through demos, documentation, and knowledge sharing
    • Continuous Learner: Stay current with industry trends and proactively seek opportunities for self-improvement
