Temporary to Permanent opportunity.
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office (Thursday and Friday), based in Oxford.

Your new role
Will be primarily to build and maintain strong relationships with the companies' customer base by offering support and guidance throughout the registration and onboarding process. The role is a customer-centric position, where you are expected to make up to 50 outbound calls per day to assist the companies' client base in a variety of different areas. You will provide first line support to customers as well as assisting them with aspects such as paying and renewing subscriptions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience within outbound calling or telephone work in general. However, the company will consider candidates who can show they have the right character for the role, excelling in areas such as charisma, confidence and having the ability to absorb information quickly to provide the level of service required.
What you'll get in return
An opportunity to go permanent with the business after the successful completion of a 12-week temporary period. You will only have to be in the office two days per week and the office location has free on-site parking, as well as accessible bus links. You also have the chance to earn a 10% bonus on top of your salary.
