Technical Support Engineer, 2nd Line Support, 3rd Line Support
Role: Technical Support Engineer
Location: East Midlands
Rate: £240 p/d Inside IR35
Duration: 3 Months initial
Hays Technology are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join an exciting public sector client's team.
What you will be doing:
- Manage and support all IT infrastructure services across multiple sites
- Providing technical support
- Working collaboratively across the department
- Play an active role in supporting user base, team members and colleagues,
- 1st to 3rd line level technical support
- Working with servers
- Working with ITIL, cabinet management, Wan and Lan
What we are looking for:
- 1st to 3rd line support experience
- Knowledge of service systems' device support and configuration, including data and systems recovery
- Knowledge of network technologies
- Awareness of hardware and security tools
- Knowledge of current applications
- Experience with ITIL
