Technical Support Analyst

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3 + years' experience working as an IT Support Engineer in an ITIL environment
  • Good experience with Windows 11
  • Good experience of Active Directory.
  • AV Support experience
  • Good understanding of basic networking, TCPIP,
    DNS, DHCP etc.
  • Experience with ServiceNow would be advantageous
  • Experience with the following would be great: Office 365, SCCM, Citrix, Nexthink
