Your new role

As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. Whether working one-on-one or with small groups, you’ll engage with students ranging from Reception to Year 6. Collaborating closely with class teachers, you’ll create a safe and secure environment that enables these young learners to access the curriculum effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

• Passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Good behavioural management skills.
• Adaptability to meet children's needs.
• At least 40 days of experience working with children in the last 3 years (nursery/school or social care setting).
