Your new school
Gretton School is an independent specialist school for children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Conditions. We welcome students from 5—19 years old, as weekly boarders or as day students. Based just outside Cambridge, we work with 12 counties to provide a broad and individualised education for these unique and wonderful students. The school is growing and developing, its integrated therapeutic team are working tirelessly alongside the management team and the teaching and support staff to further develop our fantastic practice and outcomes. Your new role
Are you passionate about teaching in a way that truly meets the needs of autistic learners? Gretton School is looking for a creative and committed Teacher of Maths and ICT to join our specialist team.
The successful candidate will
- Deliver a broad, balanced, and engaging curriculum in Maths and ICT, adapted to suit individual learning styles.
- Plan, assess, and monitor progress in line with IEP targets and the National Curriculum.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment and manage support staff effectively.
- Collaborate with therapists, SENCo, and pastoral teams to support holistic learner development.
- Maintain strong communication with families and contribute to wider school life.

- Experience or interest in working with autistic learners.
