Your new firm
Your new firm are a well known and established accountancy firm based in Liverpool City Centre. They are part of a group of other firms who make up a place in the top 20 accountancy firms across the UK. In terms of services they a a range including audit & accounts, funding, tax investigation and tax planning and compliance for a vast range of OMBs, Directors partnerships and HNWIs. They have a rich history in in Merseyside being established over 20 years ago in Liverpool. Due to growth they are now looking to bring in an experienced Tax Senior who can help bolster their current tax offering.

Your new role
In your new role you will be working in an experienced tax team providing a range of tax services including both compliance and ad hoc advisory. You will manage your own portfolio of personal & corporate tax clients, handling the preparation, reviewing and submission of personal tax returns and corporate tax computations. You will be the main point of contact for your clients and regularly advise on planning opportunities as and when they arise. There is room for growth in this role, coaching and mentoring junior staff with managerial opportunities being a real possibility.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to come from a strong tax background, having worked on and managed your own tax portfolio in the past. You need to have experience working on corporate and personal tax compliance and have experience with advisory / planning.
