Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
