Hays Education work with a range of schools across the Coventry area, delivering high-quality supply solutions for daily, short-term, and long-term staffing needs. We are looking for qualified teachers to join our supply team, covering Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

Your new role

Deliver pre-prepared lessons and oversee classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher. Adapt seamlessly to different classroom settings and student age groups. Apply effective strategies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Offer support to students by helping them understand the material and providing additional guidance when needed. Communicate openly with school staff, sharing updates on student progress and addressing any challenges encountered during the day.

What you'll need to succeed

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Previous experience working in a primary school environment.

• Proven ability to manage classrooms effectively.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with others.
