Your new role

• Deliver engaging and adaptable lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and cater to students’ diverse learning needs.
• Uphold strong behaviour management policies to maintain a positive and focused learning atmosphere.
• Work closely with students, demonstrating patience and understanding, supporting their academic and personal growth.
• Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom culture, ensuring every student feels valued and encouraged.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong classroom behaviour management skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Exceptional patience, empathy, and the ability to effectively manage challenging behaviour.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt to different classes and year groups when required.
