Your new role

As a Sub Agent on a Substation Construction project, you will play a crucial role in managing site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You will oversee resource allocation, liaise with stakeholders, and provide technical expertise to ensure the successful completion of the project. Additionally, you’ll lead and support teams to meet key milestones, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Demonstrable experience in civil engineering or construction projects, ideally involving substations or similar infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• The ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to challenges as they arise.
