Your new role

As a Sub Agent on our highways projects, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of complex and high-profile projects. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects with a value of up to £20k. This position will be mostly office-based, and your duties will include coordinating with subcontractors, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. You will also be expected to monitor progress, resolve any issues that arise, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the highways or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
