An exceptional opportunity is available for a highly organised, customer-focused, and proactive Sole Billings Manager at a dynamic and rapidly growing Media Company.

In this position, you will assist the Finance team by managing the billing process and overseeing daily billing activities, ensuring effective debt collection and the seamless functioning of the firm’s financial operations.
- Utilising NetSuite and Coupa to generate and distribute invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and track all outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile billing accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing information.
- Maintain detailed records of billing transactions and prepare regular reports for management.
- Respond to client enquiries and provide exceptional customer service, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in billing procedures.
- Work with multiple currencies, as this business operates in multiple regions.
What you need to succeed?
- Billing experience
- Experience with multicurrency’s
- Media industry experience (desirable)
- Good communication is key (lots of liaising with internal and external stakeholders)
- Bank reconciliations
- NetSuite and Coupa experience (desirable)
