You will be joining a high-profile and established Tier 2 contractor with a proven track record of delivering complex and high-value projects within the civil engineering sector. With a reputation for quality, innovation, and safety, they work on projects across the Northwest region and offer a strong pipeline of work as well as excellent opportunities for career progression. Due to continued success and significant growth, they are now seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their team.

Your New Role:

As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day surveying and setting out of engineering and building works across various sites within the region. You’ll ensure quality control standards are met and operate in line with health, safety, and environmental compliance. This dynamic role allows you to contribute to iconic construction projects, supporting innovative solutions and bespoke client needs.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven successful track record in managing projects from inception through to completion within the civil engineering sector, with a focus on deep drainage, S278 works, highways, reinforced concrete (RC) work, and earthworks.
  • Strong team leadership and people management skills.
  • Sound communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with key project stakeholders at all levels.
