SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer | £70,000 | Hybrid working

This engineering role focuses on implementing changes to SharePoint and Power Platform services, designing and developing solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration. The role collaborates on designs with the Digital team and handles low-level design. Responsibilities include implementing small change enhancements, project/product development, and transitioning to service and Early Life Support.

Hybrid working: 2 days on-site

In this role you will:
  • Design, develop, and deploy applications/services using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, using technology to deliver efficiencies to colleagues and enabling better data insight.
  • Create custom connectors and integrate Power Apps with various data sources, including SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party services.
  • Optimise and enhance existing Power Apps applications, focusing on user experience and performance improvements.
  • Deliver change initiatives within our SharePoint Power Platform services

Essential Criteria:
  • Proven track record of deploying and managing SharePoint and Power Platform services in Microsoft AZURE.
  • Strong understanding of data integration and workflow automation concepts.
  • Extensive experience in designing and developing Power Apps solutions, including custom connectors and integrations with a focus on user-friendly interfaces and improving user experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in Power BI, including report/dashboard creation and data modelling.
  • Proven track record of managing SharePoint administration tasks, with a solid understanding of SharePoint architecture and best practices.
  • Experience with Sharegate or similar migration and management tools
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform services.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate) or similar.
