Their services include Secure Care, Residential Care, Education, Specialist Interventions, Health and Wellbeing, Throughcare, and Learning and Development. They are committed to creating a trauma-informed, child-centred environment that maximises the potential and wellbeing of the young people in their care.
Rossie has an exciting opportunity for you to join our Senior Leadership and Management Team (SLMT) as the Service Development Manager – Interventions, Health and Staff Development. This role has become available due to the retirement of the current post holder.
Your new role
In this role, you will lead and manage a multidisciplinary team including psychology, specialist intervention practitioners, healthcare professionals, and the learning and development team. Additionally, you will collaborate with Care and Education teams to deliver multidisciplinary services, manage relationships with GP, dental services, and NHS Tayside, and oversee the Learning and Development Coaches to ensure effective delivery of the training agenda.
