Service Desk Analyst - Based in Swansea

JOB DETAILS

- £125-£150 PER DAY
- INSIDE IR35
- 3-MONTH CONTRACT - POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION
- FULLY ONSITE - SWANSEA - COMMUTABLE VIA CAR OR PUBLIC TRANSPORT
- IMMEDIATE START

SKILLS
- Excellent 1st Line Support experience, including resetting passwords, IT troubleshooting, fixing and replacing equipment.
- Strong communication skills when working with other colleagues, teams and senior management.
- Experience of reconfiguring an organisation's laptops.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking calls, logging tickets and having face-to-face interactions with colleagues.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with different teams within the organisation.
