Service Design & Transition Analyst - 3 month contract + opportunity for extension - Hybrid 2 days p/w on-site

Opportunity to join a large public sector organisation.
Your new role
Advise stakeholders on deviations from technology and support strategy, standards, and policies
Translate non-functional requirements into a support model.
Facilitate Service Acceptance Criteria delivery, including budget. Create and publish service artefacts (Service Definition, SLA, Service Catalogue).
Chair meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Communicate risks/issues to the Project Manager and log them in the risk register.
Manage Early Life Support and handover to operational support.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in Service Management
This role is aligned to the ITIL framework, therefore ITIL v3 Foundation
ITIL v3 qualified to Service Design & Transition Lifecycle/Capabilities (Intermediate Level) or equivalent experience
Good stakeholder management skills and experience
Good understanding & experience of using service management tools
Good communicator across all levels
