Your new role

As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing clinical operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining clinical excellence.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Clinic Operations: Lead and coordinate our clinic location, maintaining company standards. Your attention to detail will ensure GDPR-compliant recording of personal details and exceptional customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor our medical and administrative staff. You’ll be the driving force behind our team’s success.
  • Operational Excellence: Understanding clinical processes inside out, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Accurate reporting and adherence to clinical policies are essential. You’ll also assist with incident management.
  • Staff Management: Develop risk assessments, create monthly rotas, and conduct regular review meetings.
  • Logistics: Manage inventory, maintain financial records, and coordinate sample dispatch.
  • Training: Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and provide evidence-based training for clinical staff.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Education: A-Level or equivalent (required)
  • Experience: 1 year of Customer Service / Administration / Management experience (preferred)
  • Licence/Certification: Valid driving licence (required)
