Senior Sales Negotiator Required for Leading Estate Agency in Belfast

Your new role

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be the driving force behind property transactions, guiding clients through the entire sales process. From initial property valuations to marketing strategies, viewings, negotiations, and finalising deals, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless and successful transactions.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Client Relationship Management – Build lasting relationships with property sellers and prospective buyers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance.
  • Property Marketing & Valuation – Assist clients in setting competitive prices, craft compelling property listings, and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Viewings & Negotiation – Conduct property viewings, gather feedback, and negotiate deals to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
  • Administration & Compliance – Maintain accurate client records, ensure all documentation adheres to local estate agency regulations, and support the smooth execution of transactions.
  • Market Insights – Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes that impact property transactions in Belfast and beyond.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven ability to build rapport and foster strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and relevant legal frameworks.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and property management software.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is preferred (training available for the right candidate).
