National Account Manager, FMCG, £76,000 (+ 10% Bonus), Uttoxeter, Immediate Start!

Our client, one of Europe's leading Food Manufacturing companies, are looking to recruit an industry-specific, experienced National Account Manager to join their ever-growing brand. Based onsite with one of the most well-established brands within the main company's umbrella (and working alongside a huge household-name partner), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.

Our client have been established for more than 30 years, and boast 15,000+ employees across Europe - across various different brands and covering poultry to pizzas, ready meals to soup. In this particular case, there is a requirement for the perfect candidate to head up the national AM strategy for a very well-established Confectionery brand within the main company umbrella, developing a long-term, sustainable relationship with an incredibly key customer. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the relationship with a national retail client
- Driving profitable long-term market growth
- Building strong, collaborative and progressive relationships with customer/internal functions
- Delivering results through sound planning, process, discipline and focus on execution
- Supporting and driving the wider commercial strategy and functional development plans
- Leading the creation and implementation of an annual joint business plan (with other AM's)

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Minimum 5 years' sales experience with direct P&L / KPI responsibility
- Experience of working in an Account Management capacity within FMCG (preferably Food Management)
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Proven track record in the management and delivery of commercial negotiations
- Fun, sociable personality!

In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:

- £6,000 car allowance
- 10% annual bonus
