Market Data Analyst

Hays is recruiting for a Senior Market Data Analyst on a contractual basis to analyse financial data from various regions and provide insightful analysis to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse data to identify trends and patterns.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market data trends.
Develop Bloomberg usage profiles.
Utilise knowledge of fixed income markets for analysis.
Conduct benchmarking to identify industry standards.
Evaluate alternative data sources for enhanced insights.

Requirements:

6-8+ years of experience in banking and market data.
Understanding of financial markets and investment banking operations.
Ability to analyse large financial datasets.
Proficiency in tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, or R.
