Looking to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner to play a key role in our evolving finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, working closely with senior leaders to provide commercial and financial insight that drives opportunities, manages risk, and supports my clients' strategic objectives.

You’ll challenge financial performance, ensure strong financial planning and reporting, and help shape the future direction of the business. Leading a small team, you’ll oversee accurate forecasting, budget management, financial modelling, and regulatory compliance. You’ll also be responsible for business case development, investment appraisals, and ensuring robust financial governance. As part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you’ll drive continuous improvement, champion best practices, and play a key role in external audits.

Beyond the numbers, you’ll inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of trust, innovation, and excellence. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, building strong relationships and helping to embed a proactive, insight-driven approach to financial decision-making.

This role is permanent and full time. You will be based at our office in Tewkesbury with some travel to other sites across the South West and Midlands, with regular home working available. The role requires a DBS Basic and Consumer Check.
