Senior Facilities Manager Wanted - Regional role in North West

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of multiple facilities across the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each facility meets safety and operational standards while managing a team of facility staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of facilities
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Oversee security and emergency preparedness procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage vendor relationships for facility-related services
- Collaborate with other departments to support their facility needs

Requirements:
- Proven experience in facility management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Budget management experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
