Exciting opportunity to join a Financial Service firm as their Senior Events Executive!

Senior Events Executive - London - Financial Services - Hybrid Working - up to £35,000


Your new company

You will be joining a fast-paced, growth-oriented financial service organisation that offers investment, advice, and workplace solutions to thousands of businesses across the UK. You will join their busy & collaborative Events team of 8, reporting to their Events Manager to manage both international and UK-based events.

Your new role

In this role, you will be working within the Advice division of the business, and will be responsible for delivering & project managing a range of events for the firms' private & public sector clients nationally & internationally, both in-person and virtually. You will manage these events / projects end-to-end, including engaging with a range of stakeholders, attendees, suppliers, internal & external teams, and sponsors, managing project budgets, handling negotiations with suppliers etc., working with the Marketing team to deliver communications around events & programmes, and delivering the post-event report.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in the role, you will need to be a self-starter with at least 2+ years experience in Events / Project Management. You will be juggling multiple projects at one time, so will need excellent organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skills to succeed, as well as a proven track record of managing stakeholders. From a cultural perspective, you will need to be a motivated and driven individual who isn't afraid to ask questions.
