With a diverse portfolio of licences and an expanding global presence, they are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to grow their established Marketing team.

Your new role
As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in leading and executing digital marketing efforts across four Shopify-based websites. This role requires a strong background in managing digital marketing strategies, specifically in paid media for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook), as well as overseeing email marketing, SEO, and other digital initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive, high-impact digital presence that drives revenue growth and enhances the customer experience.

The main focus of this role will be eCommerce website management and maintenance, across four Shopify websites. The second being developing, managing, and optimising paid media campaigns for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, aligning with overall business and marketing goals. There will also be a heavy emphasis on data analysis and reporting results to senior stakeholders within the business, highlighting key insights, recommendations, and areas for improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience managing paid digital channels (Meta, Google, affiliates, display, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital analytics (Google Analytics essential)
  • Proficiency in Shopify (required), WordPress, HTML/CSS (bonus)
  • Skilled in using Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards
  • Able to manage multiple workstreams, agencies, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong numerical and analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
