• Specialises in arranging corporate events for professional services clients such as PWC and Deloitte.
• Operates 10 venues in and around London.
• Expanding business operations in the US.

Your new role

• Team of 6 in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR).
• Junior finance analysts currently managing AP/AR.
• New head of finance aims to separate these teams and improve debt management.

• Multiple acquisitions planned for the future.
• Business is highly seasonal with peak periods in summer and around New Year/Christmas.

• Manage a high ledger split between both roles, consisting of hundreds of accounts in GBP.
• Focus on closing down debt and chasing aged debt.
• Oversee junior staff handling billings and invoicing.

• Financial Operations Manager (AR/AP Manager)

• Current office location: SE1, moving to new offices in St Pauls within the next month.
• Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM.
• Hybrid working model: 2-3 days in the office.
• Immediate start, latest start date by the end of the month.
• 2-stage interview process.
• Contract duration: 6-9 months.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven track record of clearing aged debt.
• Highly skilled in relationship building.
• Experience with high-volume and high-value accounts.
• Ability to start immediately and exceed expectations.
• Experience with NetSuite is desirable.
• Industry experience is flexible, but experience with agencies is a plus.
