Role Overview:
We are urgently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our client's team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting children with diverse needs, ensuring they receive the individualised attention and care required to thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to children with SEND.
  • Assist in the implementation of personalised learning plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support student progress.
  • Monitor and report on student development and achievements.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children with SEND.
  • Strong understanding of various SEND conditions and effective support strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in SEND education (preferred).
