We are urgently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our client's team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting children with diverse needs, ensuring they receive the individualised attention and care required to thrive academically and socially.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting children with diverse needs, ensuring they receive the individualised attention and care required to thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to children with SEND.
- Assist in the implementation of personalised learning plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support student progress.
- Monitor and report on student development and achievements.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEND.
- Strong understanding of various SEND conditions and effective support strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEND education (preferred).
