Role Overview:
As our SENCo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that students with special educational needs receive the support they need to thrive. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective strategies and interventions. Your leadership will be key in promoting an inclusive culture within the school.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the provision for students with special educational needs.
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support plans.
- Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide training and support to staff on SEN best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEN provision and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience in a SENCo role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of SEN legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Commitment to promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
