SEN Teaching Assistants required ASAP in Coventry and Nuneaton. Start after Easter. Full and part-time hours
Your new company
Working with Hays allows you to have flexibility in the hours and days that you can work. Hays works with schools across Coventry and Warwickshire, constantly recruiting for teachers and TA's. Working on a supply basis means that you do not have to commit to extra work, overtime or additional duties that would be expected from permanent staff. You simply do a good job and go home.
Your new role
Hays is working with a number of schools in Coventry and Warwickshire. There is a high demand for SEN and General Teaching Assistants to work on a full and part-time basis. Most jobs are available long-term, giving you job security. However, if you prefer to work on a day-to-day basis, then there is plenty of shift cover available also. You will be required to support the class teacher in Reception, KS1 and KS2, providing 1:1 and general support. You will work with children with a variety of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Downs Syndrome, non-verbal and learning difficulties.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have recent experience working with children with additional needs. You will be a confident, patient and calm individual that shows empathy when working with children with additional needs. Ideally, you will be qualified, but this is not essential, providing you have experience. You will provide support as a general classroom teaching assistant and be comfortable working across all age groups.
What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available.
£250 in vouchers when you refer a friend to Hays
Permanent job opportunities available
