Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to pupils aged 5-16 with varying needs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support pupils in managing their SEMH needs, promoting emotional well-being and resilience.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with SEMH needs.
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting pupils.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
